I want to change the address for my order. Is it possible now?

Yes, you can change your address any time before your order is dispatched by contacting Customer Care. However, there are certain situations in which it may not be possible to change the address and our Customer Care associate will guide you through the process.

Should I call the customer care number once the product is delivered for its installation?

To make sure that you have a smooth and hassle free experience, we automatically arrange for your product to be installed within a day or two after it’s delivered. You can get in touch with us in case you would like the installation on a specific date or if the address for installation needs to changed.

Can I change the delivery date of my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to honor requests for specific delivery dates, however rest assured that we will deliver by the promised delivery date.
